A country house, the kind of kitchen this evening is built for

You don’t go out

We come to you, shopping already done.

A private lesson in the house you rented. Then a real meal. Not a class with fourteen strangers.

She arrives

Market shopping done that morning. Wine, recipes, her own knives if the kitchen is thin.

Three hours together

Everyone has a role: grandparents sit and knead, teenagers film, children roll dough.

You eat

The table you already have. No restaurant booking for twelve. No taxis.

What the kitchen needs

A stove, a table, running water.

A usable hob, a surface to work, seats for everyone. A terrace is a gift, not a requirement. If there is no oven, we change the recipe. Send the address or the area: that decides whether the evening works.

Minimum two people. Maximum sixteen, if the kitchen can take them. Children welcome — they get a job, not a colouring book.

Menus we build together

Examples, not a fixed list.

Allergies and religious restrictions are adapted before the market run — not at the door.

Where

Rome first. Tuscany on request.

Rome and the province. The Tuscan countryside for groups of eight or more, booked ahead, with a travel supplement. Florence city is not on this calendar.

From

€340 for two · never priced per head first

€900 for a family of six, as a private evening

Wine included. The final quote follows the brief.

Questions that usually arrive by email

How many people?

Two to sixteen. Below two the evening does not exist; above sixteen the kitchen almost never does. Write the number: the quote follows the room, not a cap written in advance.

Children, teenagers, grandparents?

Yes. The point of this product is that three generations stay in the same room.

Lunch or dinner?

Either. Morning session from 10:00, evening from 16:00, Rome time.

There is no oven.

Then we change the recipe. A hob and a table are enough.

Rome or Tuscany?

Rome is the default. Tuscany is a premium extension — see the Tuscany page.
