Williams pears, white wine, one star

Ingredients

• 4 Williams pears
• half a litre of white wine
• one star anise
• honey
• mascarpone

Method

1. Peeled pears in wine, honey, one star. Ten minutes, not an hour.
2. Cold, with mascarpone. The star comes out.
