Fillet, wine reduction, one clove, chocolate

Ingredients

• 2 fillets
• a glass of red wine
• one clove
• one square of dark chocolate
• butter

Method

1. Sear the fillets, keep them warm.
2. In the same pan, the wine and one clove. Reduce.
3. Chocolate to finish. A thread of butter. The clove comes out. Amarone at the table, if you have it.
